Last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: we collect what we need to run MomentumSift, and we do not sell your personal information.
1. What we collect
- Account information you give us, such as your email address and display name.
- Preferences you set, such as watchlists, saved screens, alert settings, and notification destinations (for example a Slack or Discord webhook you provide).
- Basic technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the service, sign you in, save your preferences, and send the notifications and digest emails you opt into. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising trackers.
3. Service providers
We rely on a few providers to run MomentumSift, including hosting, an email provider for account and digest emails, and market data providers. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
4. Cookies and local storage
We store a login token in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use third party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account, or ask us to delete your data, at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes
We may update this policy over time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
